Salon & Spa Etiquette
The Brick House Retreat is designed to be a relaxing, pleasurable experience for everyone. To ensure that you and those around you enjoy this experience to the fullest, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:
Arrive early. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette, and will cost you precious moments of your treatments.
Cancellations. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Payment is expected for any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Respect other guests. To preserve an environment of tranquility and relaxation for all, please respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet. Please leave cell phone, radios, and pagers outside. If you do need to bring these items, leave any audible ringers in the off setting.
